Leila Maham, RCIC-IRB
Leila Maham immigrated to Canada in 2005 and spent roughly 14 years working within Canada’s public settlement-services sector, helping newcomers, women, and low-income families settle into Canadian life. That frontline experience — seeing exactly where immigration journeys succeed and fail — became the foundation of her own consultancy.
She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with an Unrestricted Practice L3 Federal License, operating under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She serves as CAPIC’s Committee Chair, UAP (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants) and works with Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), the Immigration Division (ID), and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
Leila holds a Canadian credential in immigration consulting, a specialized credential in business and entrepreneur immigration to Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in English language. With a strong sense of responsibility and deep commitment to professional ethics, she personally follows every immigration case — with particular specialty in complex and problematic files. Her communication skills and precision in case management ensure every file is reviewed and pursued with complete attention.
